RATES

With my ten+ years of experience and specialized training in athletes, post/pre-natal strengthening and injuries, I’m considered a senior-level instructor in the pilates world. If you shop around, you will see my rates are quite competitive compared to other senior instructors.  That said, please don’t choose any instructor based solely on their rates.  You are entrusting your body and health to another person.  Pick someone who appreciates that responsibility and is able to shoulder it with skill!

Single pilates session:  $115 (includes evaluation for first-time students who may apply this amount to their first package)

5 Session Pilates Package:  $490 ($98/session)

10 Session Pilates Package:  $920 ($92/session)

20 Session Pilates Package:  $1800 ($90/session)

50 Session Pilates Package:  $4400 ($88/session)

100 Session Pilates Package:  $8600 ($86/session)

GETTING STARTED (NEW STUDENTS)

How do I select the right package?  Start with how many pilates sessions you would like to do per week.  Consider your schedule and fitness goals.  Some of my students do pilates once a week to supplement other activities.  Others get addicted to feeling longer, stronger and leaner and come five days a week.  Most people end up somewhere in between.

How many sessions per week do you recommend for new students?  For new students looking for optimal results, I usually recommend two to three pilates sessions per week.  To achieve the famously transformative results of pilates, you need to be able to perform the exercises with great precision and control.  For the average learner, it takes two to three lessons per week to lay down that foundation.

What if I’m preparing for a special event?  Remember that you may want to change your weekly program as your goals change.  For example, many students will add sessions when training for a marathon, preparing for a wedding, recovering from pregnancy or rehabilitating an injury.  Once your goals are reached you can then shift down into maintenance mode.  (Although you may also decide to set the bar higher for your next challenge!)

POLICIES

* Each pilates session is 55 minutes in length from the scheduled start time.  If you need to end a few minutes early due to an unexpected work or social appointment, just let me know at the beginning of the session so I can adjust your program accordingly.

* 10-session and 20-session packages expire six months from date of purchase.  50-session and 100-session packages expire 1 year from purchase.

* Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

* Cancellations more than 24-hours in advance will not be charged.  Cancellations less than 24-hours in advance will be charged as a regular session.

* Rates may be subject to change.
